2.1 Marketing Website (www.perfoads.com)

  • Google Tag Manager: Event tracking (button clicks, form submissions, page scrolls)

  • Google Ads: Conversion tracking, remarketing pixels (to show ads to previous visitors)

  • Facebook Pixel: Conversion tracking, custom audience building, remarketing

When you create a PerfoAds account, we collect:

Registration Information

Subscription Information (via LemonSqueezy)

  • Subscription tier: Starter, Pro, or Agency plan

  • Payment details: Processed by LemonSqueezy (we never see your credit card numbers)

  • Billing history: Invoices and payment receipts

Business Profile (Optional)

  • Company name: For dashboard personalization

  • Industry: For tailored AI recommendations

  • Business goals: For context in AI analysis

2.3 Google Ads Data (OAuth Connection)

When you connect your Google Ads account to PerfoAds, we collect:

Account Information

  • Google Ads account ID and name

  • Account access levels (read-only permissions)

  • Manager account (MCC) relationships (if applicable)

Campaign Structure

  • Campaign names, statuses, and budgets

  • Ad group names and statuses

  • Individual ad creative (headlines, descriptions, URLs)

  • Keyword lists and match types

  • Ad extensions (sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets)

  • Bidding strategies

Performance Metrics

  • Impressions, clicks, click-through rates (CTR)

  • Conversions and conversion values

  • Costs, average CPC, cost per conversion

  • Quality scores and optimization scores

  • Device performance (desktop, mobile, tablet)

  • Geographic performance (location data)

  • Time-based performance (hourly, daily trends)

Google Profile Data (from Google Sign-In)

Why We Collect This: To display your campaign performance in the PerfoAds dashboard, generate AI-powered optimization recommendations, send performance alerts, and create custom reports.

Important: We have read-only access to your Google Ads account. We cannot modify campaigns, change budgets, create ads, or access billing information without your explicit action.

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Marketing Website

We use marketing website data for:

  • Analytics: Understanding how visitors use our website, which pages are popular, where visitors come from

  • Advertising: Showing relevant ads to people who visited our website (remarketing/retargeting)

  • Conversion Tracking: Measuring how many website visitors become PerfoAds customers

  • Website Optimization: Improving page load times, fixing broken features, enhancing user experience

We do NOT: Use marketing data to modify your PerfoAds app experience or access your Google Ads data

3.2 PerfoAds App

We use your PerfoAds account data for:

Core Service Delivery

  • Authentication: Log you into your PerfoAds account securely

  • Dashboard: Display your Google Ads campaigns, performance metrics, and trends

  • AI Recommendations: Generate intelligent optimization suggestions using Anthropic's Claude AI

  • Performance Alerts: Notify you of significant campaign changes or issues

  • Reporting: Create custom performance reports and visualizations

  • Context Management: Remember your business profile and past recommendations for better AI analysis

Account Management

  • Subscription Management: Track your plan tier, enforce account limits (1/10/30 Google Ads accounts per plan)

  • Billing: Process payments via LemonSqueezy

  • Customer Support: Respond to your questions and troubleshoot issues

  • Service Notifications: Send important updates (sync status, system maintenance, feature announcements)

3.3 What We DON'T Do With Your Data

We make the following commitments:

  • We DO NOT modify your Google Ads campaigns automatically - All recommendations require your approval

  • We DO NOT sell your data to anyone - Not to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties

  • We DO NOT use your Google Ads data for our own advertising - Your campaign data stays private

  • We DO NOT share your data with competitors - Your strategy remains confidential

  • We DO NOT train AI models on your data - Claude processes your data in real-time but doesn't store it

  • We DO NOT use your data for credit checks or lending - Your financial decisions are yours alone

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

4.1 Marketing Website Partners

Your marketing website data is shared with:

  • Data Shared: Campaign names, ad text, keywords, performance metrics, business profile

  • Personal Data: Email addresses are NOT sent to Claude

  • Data Retention: Real-time processing only, NOT stored by Anthropic

2. Supabase (Database Hosting)

  • Purpose: Store all PerfoAds data (campaigns, performance history, account information)

  • Data Shared: ALL Google Ads data collected by PerfoAds

4. LemonSqueezy (Subscription Billing)

  • Purpose: Process subscription payments and manage billing

  • Data Shared: Email, name, subscription tier (NO Google Ads data)

4.3 Legal Disclosures

5.2 What This Means

We use your Google Ads data ONLY for:

  • Providing PerfoAds services described in this Privacy Policy

  • Features visible in your PerfoAds dashboard (campaigns, recommendations, alerts, reports)

  • Improving features you directly interact with

We DO NOT use your Google Ads data for:

  • Serving ads or retargeting (no advertising purposes)

  • Training generalized AI models (no machine learning on your data)

  • Credit checks or lending decisions

  • Selling or transferring to data brokers, advertisers, or resellers

  • Surveillance or monitoring for third parties

5.3 Human Review

PerfoAds support staff may access your data ONLY when:

  • You explicitly request troubleshooting assistance

  • We need to investigate a security incident

  • Required by law

All support access is logged with timestamps.

6. Data Storage, Security & Retention

6.1 Where We Store Your Data

All PerfoAds data is stored in the United States:

  • Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL database provider)

  • Application: Render (cloud hosting provider)

  • AI Processing: Anthropic Claude

If you're located outside the US, your data is transferred to and processed in the United States.

6.2 How We Protect Your Data

Security measures include:

  • Encryption: AES-256 for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit

  • Password Security: Passwords hashed with bcrypt (never stored in plain text)

  • OAuth Tokens: Encrypted before database storage

  • Access Controls: Authentication required for all API endpoints

  • User Isolation: You can only access YOUR Google Ads data

  • Audit Logging: All OAuth connections tracked with timestamps

6.3 How Long We Keep Your Data

Active Accounts:

  • We retain your Google Ads data and account information while your account is active

  • Performance history retained indefinitely for trend analysis and AI recommendations

Closed Accounts:

  • When you delete your PerfoAds account, we delete your data

  • Your Google Ads OAuth connection is immediately revoked

  • Data deletion completes within a reasonable timeframe after account closure

Financial Records:

  • Subscription and payment records retained for 7 years (tax compliance via LemonSqueezy)

Note: Google doesn't verify specific deletion timelines - we delete data when you close your account, which is standard SaaS practice.

7. Your Rights & Choices

7.1 Access Your Data

How: Log in to your PerfoAds dashboard at app.perfoads.com to view all your data instantly

What You Can See: Campaigns, performance metrics, AI recommendations, account information, sync history

7.2 Revoke Google Ads Access

Option 1: In PerfoAds dashboard → Google Accounts → Click "Disconnect" next to your account

Option 2: Visit https://myaccount.google.com/permissions → Find "PerfoAds" → Click "Remove Access"

Result: PerfoAds can no longer access your Google Ads data (you can reconnect anytime)

7.3 Delete Your Account

How: Settings → Account → "Delete Account" button

Alternative: Email support@perfoads.com with subject "Delete My Account"

What Happens:

  • OAuth access immediately revoked

  • All Google Ads data deleted

  • All AI conversation history deleted

  • Account credentials deleted

Response Time: Account deletion processed within 5 business days (typically within 48 hours)

7.4 Marketing Preferences

Email Unsubscribe: Click "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email

Ad Opt-Out:

Cookies: Disable in your browser settings or use privacy browser extensions

8. Cookies & Tracking

PerfoAds is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

If you're under 18, do not use PerfoAds or provide any personal information.
